Underwritten by United Healthcare. $35 copay for doctor visits without deductible. $500 deductible for name brand presrciption drugs. Sound like a good plan for the cheap rates. Anything I should be aware of before I signup.

Nothing new here, been doing it for years. You can get the same thing with any HSA network plan with a supplement. They are using Assurant by the way, not UHC. No pricing available on the website either.
