Anyone have a GAP plan other than UA?

Guys, I'm looking for a GAP plan that will cover a high deductible for my clients with an HSA or HDHP. I worked for UA and they had a decent one, paid 100% of inpatient and 50% of outpatient up to a designated amount. It was fairly cheap, around $45/month for a 30 year male with a $5000 deduct.

UA will not appoint me since I ended my contract with them, so I am looking for an alternative.

Any ideas???

There are several insurers writing GAP plans. At the moment I can think of Fidelity Security Life, Standard Life and Accident, and Great American. I am sure a couple others will come to me at 3AM----at which time i will call you.
