I'm considering helping some enroll in ACA. Oscar just came to town. I generally wouldn't insure my dog with Oscar because of it's family reputation. Regardless, the people I'd be enrolling don't have much money and price may be a determining factor and they only need to be good for a year.
For those who have dealt with Oscar, do they pay claims well?
Oscar has no network of their own and is using an EPO. Cigna is on ACA with an EPO and I doubt that they would compete against themselves. Does anyone know for sure what carrier Oscar rents the network from in TN?
