Anyone Selling Indy in NY?

I have a situation where I need write a few policies in NY.

Who is writing in NY than can shoot me some advice?

Looks like there is only 3 carriers. One of them has a C- rating.

What is the deal with self employed policies?
What if you are working for someone?

Anyone?

NY regulations on Individual plans are overwhelming.

The comp is crap too. If memory serves the GA level contract with some carriers is 4%. That said, the premiums are 3 times what they should be, so I guess that's sort of like 12%
