Anyone Using Ritter's PDP Referral Program?

She sent me the information today to sign up. She told me everything said previously. You get cards with your agent #. You pass the cards out. The client gives that number when that call in. You get $10 for each enrollment. At first I heard $25 but she said it's $10.

At 1st it was going to be $25 per enrollment. Now it's $10 per referral, whether they buy or not.

Thanks for your interest in Ritter Referral. We know that PDP sales can be a big undertaking, so we’re excited to give you more time for the other aspects of your business.

Your contract is attached. Please complete and sign along with the W-9, ACH Authorization form and a copy of a voided check. Please return all of this information to me directly via email or fax to 888-622-0436.

· Space is limited. Completed contracts must be returned no later than August 31, 2016 but, the sooner the better!

· Once your contract is returned you will receive your Agent ID Code as confirmation

· Ritter will provide you referral cards that will provide your Agent ID Code and other pertinent information by the end of September

· Referrals for business cannot be offered until October 1, 2016 as we will be only offering enrollments in 2017 plans at this time

· You may recall that initially the referral fee was $25 per ENROLLMENT, however due to certain state specific regulations we have been required to modify the referral fee to $10 per REFERRAL. So, you will get paid if we enroll the client or not. The client MUST provide your Agent ID Code at the time of the call for you to get credit for the referral.

The program works like this: You refer a client. We’ll enroll them in a plan that fits their needs. Ritter pays you $10 for every referral, and we’ll follow up annually.

Let’s walk the path we’ll use to get your clients into the plan that works for them.

· First, we’ll learn what medications they take.

o Everyone’s health is a little different, and all plans price their drugs differently. We’ll determine what plans best fit your clients’ needs based on their personal situation.

· Next, we’ll use Medicare.gov’s Plan Finder to compare the premiums and deductibles on all available plans.

o The cheapest plan isn’t always the best choice, so we’ll use this tool to consider all of the factors.

o We’re also not tied to offering one company’s plan. We contract with many carriers, so you can be confident your clients have a full selection.

· When your client’s decision is made, our staff will help them finish their enrollment.

o And Ritter will pay you $10 for every referral, so don’t fret over lost commissions.

· Our last and most important step is keeping your clients happy.

o Not long after enrollment, we’ll follow up to make sure your clients got their cards and answer any questions they may have.

o We’ll also check in each year to make sure they’re satisfied.

Now you know the process, what are the benefits? We’ll keep your referred clients from buying their PDP coverage straight from the carrier. Because, if that company sells other products, they’ll try and cross-sell which could put your other policies at risk. We wouldn’t do that. Let’s make doing business easier, starting today.

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like any additional information.

Thank you!

Ritter has no control over what Humana or UHC do, they'll do it to you with or without Ritter

At least Ritter says they won't solicit your clients in the contract.

" 3.4 Ritter agrees not to solicit Agent's clients to offer any other insurance products not defined in paragraph 1.2 of Section 1."(PDP products)
