so i have a company that is person dba company. they recently changed ownership to husband and incorporated to company inc.
now for the worker comp it was for person dba company. but now i submitted the erm14 form so that i will be merged to company inc. but the problem is he did not tell me when he changed to operations of company inc.
7 days late we submitted erm14 form. it says within 90 days, but the worker comp for person dba company was never canceled.
my question is, will they be penalized for the gap of worker comp because they paid a week of payroll with company inc. before the worker comp was endorsed.
