Are any HSA compatible health plans creditable coverage for Medicare Part D?

Employees of employers 20+ in size can still contribute HSA's after turning 65 if not enrolled in Medicare. It occurs to me, though, that if their HSA compatible health plan isn't creditable coverage for Part D, they would have a penalty when they do leave the group plan and sign up for Part D.
So, if there are, say, lower deductible HSA's that would be creditable coverage it could be a strategy to keep putting money in an HSA.
Otherwise, there will be trouble later.
