Are you nosy or writing a book? If you had an imagination you could figure out several reasons. Maybe he made a mistake. Maybe he thinks that he will get more information since agents don't read every thread like you must do. He certainly won't get any info from you since all you care about is getting posting numbers.

I've used Skype Recorder on about 100 calls. As long as you manage the labels properly, it does the job.
