I think I speak for the group when I saw we are happy to hear that.

The unfortunate reality is that while agents behaving badly and doing poor work brings me a lot of my business, it brings shame and anger while I am trying to help people honestly and ethically. I am alway excited and happy to hear about good agents working hard and moving forward and doing everything they can to help their clients
