Per the marketplace there has been an enrollment "Freeze" even in reporting a life change. If a life change occurs and a new eligibility notice is generated and they had Assurant prior they have to choose a new carrier....

The rabbit hole has just gotten deeper.....

In reviewing the MP account with the client's authorization it looks like all references to Assurant have been totally wiped out of the account. No plan details, no coverage amount and by the looks of it seems that the client never choose a health insurance plan PERIOD.

Russia did the same thing when Kruschev died. It was as if he never existed.
