They do that...don't sweat it. There may have been some conflicting answers on suitability or a situs question.

If the client is over 75 a call from suitability is more likely but as Tahoe Ray said they also randomly call some applications. Athene will also call most internal replacements.

No it doesn't. Her application had a high enough suitability score that a phone call was required. The suitability score is based on age, net worth, liquid net worth, income, tax bracket, etc.

They issued the policy. funny thing is.... i asked my client about the interview. she said they asked her name address personal info only. it took a few minutes. what's the point of interview if they are not going to ask her about asset etc...
