It will be at a higher rate unless they are under 68 (or within three years of Part B initial enrollment).

How long ago was it diagnosed? I don't have any apps on front of me but I know I have placed a fib with loyal and Gerber before. It may not be a problem with most companies as long as it was diagnosed more than two years ago. Call underwriting.
