Auto & Health Email Database Question

Over the past 4 years our business has developed a large database of subscribers (a little over a million) who receive email reminders to check auto & health insurance rates in their area. We currently work with Katch.com (formerly Vantage Media) who provide us with a landing page for our subscribers to select a provider and get a quote. We worked with Surehits in the past as well but received higher RPEs from Katch.

We're currently looking for new opportunities to further monetize our database. Does anyone have suggestions or experience with this? Thank you in advance for your help!
