For example, if I choose a full coverage (physical damage, liability, collision) will I be charged additional fee as a foreign worker? Hopefully it's the right place to ask. Thanks, Ben

Just FYI- full coverage is not really an insurance term. No one can me "fully covered". As a foreign worker, you will pay a higher premium, but there are normally no additional fees attached.
