Just a guess, but I would say it would be around 50%.

I would guess somewhere between 1-100%, but I would also guess that Todd is a better guesser than me! 
CUL dental 40%-50%.... Cancer Plans should be in the 60%-75% range with 10-15% lifetime renewal. Individual Dental runs around $480AP, Cancer about the same. CUL stated a year or so ago their average cancer sale was $53 per month, that includes individual and family plans as well as individual and payroll rates..

I have 20% with CalStar, but most FMO's only give 15%.
