I'm not talking about the movements. I'm talking about who's giving the advice on using them. If you're new, you'll probably think it's all about the tools and all advice is the same...like when newbs select an imo.
 
The only thing I have figured out through all the reading of the “experts” over the years is that there is no one size fits all when it comes to health and fitness. Best piece of advice I can give (I’m still a fat boy) is listen to your body. It will tell you what you need to know.

Probably true for simple fat loss.
DT mentioned squats. Unless you want to look like the guys in the pic wino posted, you should learn to do them correctly, right out the jump. #resultsmatter
