Bankers Fidelity E App?

anyone else having issues using the eapp??? wont let me pick a plan..

Everything is working on my side and When I contacted the company, they stated there is no outages that have been reported at this time for E-Apps.

Sumitted N plan 4 days ago. No problem. Maybe something recent?

Tried to do a plan in Kansas and wont give me drop down for app..they say they are updating the eapp page...say could take a week? has this happened before to anyone?

I had a problem a few months ago when they did an update. Fixed by the next day.

Did they say this is a Kansas thing or are other states impacted as well?

From what I can tell (in the portal) Everything works except Kansas. When you select Kansas, you can't select anything else (that's when I checked about an hour ago)

The Kansas e-app is down and has been down since Aug, 11th. Due to "unexpected, required changes."

They sent out an email regarding this on Aug 11th.

Their server went down last week, but should be up now , caused some problems.

Anybody on the forum qualified for Italy yet with Bankers.

I wish they could set their E-App up like Manhattan Life's. Best online app I have ever used and don't have to email to client, etc.
