Other than the caps on RX, ambulance, and transplants, what do you guys dislike about Select Saver?

I've sold BCBS of NM which has the same parent company. The plans are good and the benefits are paid with amazing accuracy. The only problem is the customer service. When you call the 800 number the people are VERY rude! I had alot of customers complain about it. I know that it has been getting better, so maybe it will continue to improve.
