BCBS Disappearing Clients

Go through your book a couple of my clients were missing because of their system change. If you find it call them up and they will reinstate it for you.

I had 5 Exchange clients missing last month. The Healthcare.gov marketplace was at fault. Thanks for the tip Sam.. time to check again.
