Had a call-in from retiree with Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program wanting to know about individual MAPD and Med Supp plans.

Have you had any clients that would forgo the FEP Retiree plan for a Med Supp or MAPD plan? I'd think most would stay with the FEP.
