BCBS Group Comission Schedule Change

I haven't sold it in years but I guess they made a change from last year I assume it's worse. Here it is

$25 per month for a single employee
$48 per month for employee w/family

2016
$27 & $50

I've only sold 2 small groups in my career. BCBS-IL is making it no secret that they want more group business. The 2016 Blue Cross orientation seminar I attended devoted 1 hour individual health, and 2 hours for group health. If the company lowers the individual health commissions for 2016, I'll learn the small group market.
