I just got a health lead through my website with a fake phone number, but real name and address of an apartment complex. I traced the IP address and here's what I got:

I had a buffoon from Golden Rule run quotes on my site in the past. Needless to say, NOT impressed.

Email them a bill to the email address provided and mark that you are forwarding to their compliance department. Probably won't change anything but might make you feel a little better.

Just seems strange....unless one of their employees is moving to VA and trying to get BCBS quotes for here. I'll probably just let it go.
