BCBS of IL - Disappearing Commissions

The last 3 months my check has gone down & down even tho the roster should be locked in for the year. I heard they are converting clients into house accounts for specious reasons, like client calls to ask a question - BOOM

I'm going to compare statements and query the people that have disappeared.

This may well a scandal.

Anyone else with evaporating comms or heard anything?

My mgr said he's heard nothing of the sort - and probably wouldn't anyway

I'm just getting paid on 4 AEP enrollments that they claimed I was not the producer of record on even though they were written directly through a lead program they set up. It was no easy task to chase them down for this. I would put nothing past them!
