Being Recruited by Another Agency - Need Help Setting a Goal for Policies Sold

I have my own book but I'm doing the math on joining a P&C agency to work on their individual health. They have around 5,000 customers on the P&C side and they have not actively marketed individual health to them. I have experience in individual health, but not in working an existing customer base like this.

Anyone out there have experience calling on an existing auto/home block to give me an idea how many policies I might be able to turn out of it? My state had 219,000 on exchange enrollments last I saw, out of a population of 6.597 million, which is 3.3% - that's only 166 policies on a group of 5,000 potential customers. That also excludes off-exchange policies, but I don't feel like I was selling a whole lot of new off exchange policies this past enrollment season.

This isn't counting other marketing/advertising/calling efforts obviously - but can anyone with a P&C block comment on how much cross-over you get between your lines of coverage?
