Being recruited to restructure PC agency- Anyone with experience that can help?

I am being recruited to restructure a PC agency including hiring and replacing existing personnel, adopting new technology and data management platforms and new business lines implementation of Life, Health and Medicare. Looking for someone that has had relevant experience with comp expectations and profit sharing.
