Besides Great American, Best 7 Year Deferral Income?

This new post is piggy backing off of the last, but for a 7 year deferral where lifetime income is the only goal, Great American Valor 10 is coming out the best, she is 52 and needs $85k income at 60.

Besides Great American, is Equitrust second best? Any other ideas?

I'm trying to calculate the lowest initial capital needed to generate 85k in 7 years.
