great book.
The thing that I took from that book that I use daily is: "Did I catch you at a bad time?"
tricks the client into disagreeing with you, which is natural, and gives you the response you wanted in the first place.

That is a really cool feature on your site! I have a large number of those books based on recommendations of many forum members on other posts. The 2 exam crams books are fantastic for studying and I have read several of the others. I am currently working on the "Wedge"

I'm down with Zig.
I prefer his tapes and CDs to his books though.
Zig Zigler's and Brian Tracy's tapes kept me company when I used to drive around on appointments.
