Best Internet Lead Sources for a New Agent?

I am new to this forum- although I've been lurking here for a bit, and getting some pretty helpful info. I am a new life and health independent agent working on slowly building my book of business . So far my focuses have been Med Supps, Life and Individual Health. I usually spend my days cold calling and working bought internet leads. I'm currently using NetQuote and I've been pretty pleased. For the last 35 leads, 7 were credited, 3 apps issued, 2 (Life) apps pending, and 1 appointment for the AEP. Are these numbers good or average? Any general advice on buying internet leads?

That's a fantastic closing %. I'd buy all the leads I could afford/handle. Unfortunately my experience with all lead providers over the past 5 years is that they all suck-it's just a question to what degree...
