Best Med Supp Eapp Carrier for Diabetes/Heart?

With Equitable joining most of the other carriers in declining folks with the diabetes/heart cocktail, what is everyone's preferred carrier for these conditions? Most of my agents are taking apps over the phone so a carrier with a good eapp and predictable underwriting would be great.

Any other carriers that are easy to use like Equitable but take conditions they will not?

IAC will take insulin use up to 50 units per day and they have the same exact application process as Equitable. Watch out for heart diabetes combos tho, they will probably be OK with a blood pressure med or cholesterol med but will most likely decline for something more than that.

New Era will take diabetes and some heart conditions combos but no insulin use. Very easy e-app.

Cigna will take insulin use up to 50 units per day but they will decline for heart conditions with diabetes.

What kind of Heart are speaking of?

I know Equitable will take Diabetes & Blood Pressure, Beyond that it would be helpful to know the details, Diabetes pill's or Injection, how much?
