Best Way to List Out Leads to Folow Up with and Sync with Phone?

I have a list of new leads that I need to follow up with. Some of them may need to be contacted this week some in December, some next year. I need something I can make a list with and sync to my iphone. I can see who I need to follow up with for that week or day. I tried outlook task but when it syncs to the phone you cant click the number to call. any ideas? I don't want to use salesforce for such a small list

I would use Google calendar, but I'm not sure how well that would work on an iPhone.

Google calendar works great with iphones but that sounds more like a job for a good contact manager/database. I use ACT for that.
