boiler rooms operations

I don't know if I would say it's better, but it is definitely good. A friend of mine sent me this link the other day. I was waiting for Rob to jump into the scene in the background :)

OK good, I just wanted to make sure my crew wasn't classified as a boiler room. We have 18-24 reps going all the time but they aren't standing up and yelling or anything like that.

Ray the question is do they treat people with respect, and sell accordingly.

There's a difference between closing a door, slamming a door and letting a client close it on their way out.

You're retention will answer the first question for you.

Yeah my crew is pretty professional. If they ever get out of line they are terminated immediately. Most of them have been with me for well over a year now. So far so good!

We've found a very easy way to handle this at my shop.

No doors at all, we just hang those Arabic bead things in the doorways.

Also positions us nicely for transition should some health insurance legislation occur that has a negative effect on agents...I'll just slide smoothly into the hookah business.
