I have a cold caller who books my appointments in house. I no longer want the 2-10 enrolled appointments and I'm looking to sell any he obtains.

If you don't want the leads, why not just discontinue the service?

Actually, if you are making money on them, why would you discontinue them? If you are not making money on them, why would I want them?

He is in-house full time. He books larger leads as well. We have 100's of qualified leads under 10. Selling them will help subsidize the annual cost for him annually. I don't have the time to see 12 meeting a month. Those accounts are worth 2-5k typically.
