I met with a rear end collision. My insurance company covers the damage done to the vehicle but now they are asking me to fax the brevet statement written and signed by me. What is brevet statement. Can anyone share a sample.

Never heard of a brevet statement, did you spell it wrong? You can call your agent and ask them exactly what the insurance carrier wants.
