Broadcast texting

I regularly text some of my clients with holiday greetings through the year. I find it's a friendly way to touch base with them without being too "salesy". But I can only text a few at a time, which makes the process kind of cumbersome. So I usually text only select clients, which means I'm reaching a lot fewer clients than I could. I found a site that does it called Project Broadcast that looks interesting. Anybody have any experience with them, or any others I should look into?

I'm also wondering about legalities. The group I normally text know me well enough to not have a problem with it, and often respond appreciatively. But if somebody should consider it spam, do I have a legal problem?

I can tell you I hate getting texts and emails from businesses that are stuff like that. I get too many texts and emails anyway. I don't like time wasters.

If you really want to do that stuff send snail mail cards.

Just my opinion but I think a lot of people feel the same.

I do use MightyText but not for email "broadcasting". Mostly for texting family members, individually and as a group.

I don't use testing en masse for business.
