I'm a new agent (p & c) that briefly worked for an independent broker. However, I found the environment in their office toxic, and I'd like to distance myself from them.
Is there a formal separation procedure that needs to be done?
Also, for some reason, I haven't had much success in finding information regarding the agency between an agent and broker. I'd really appreciate any suggestions on any resources with this info.
