Burial and/or Pre-need

I am thinking about a career change. Does anyone know of a good Burial/Pre-need company in the Memphis area?
They are the individual funeral homes you need to contact. Some have in-house staff which will usually give you more employee benefits but lower commissions, and some have independent agents which gives you no benefits but top commissions.
I do not personally have any good contacts in Memphis but PM me and I will tell you how to go about it.
