Business name and cards

Please can anyone give me a link to regulations on compliant business names for medicare insurance and appropriate business cards. Ive searched CMS web site and can't find anything. Am I suppose to file name with them for approval? I was a captive agent for one company and Im going on my own now.

Check with the California department of insurance - they have their own regulations which include putting your license number on your business card.
