Business Owners Name

Hello, I am looking for an easy way to locate a business owners name. A lot of websites are not specific to what the owners name is.

We would be using this when calling on company's to speak with the about their insurance needs. Some times it's hard to speak directly with the owner, knowing their actual name seems to help.

Any suggestions on an easy way to gathering this information for LLC's and Corps ?

ReferenceUSA and Manta are the free research sites. You can access ReferenceUSA from a library with your library card.

Josh's ListShack service would be a paid version.

Then there's walking in to the business, introducing yourself, and asking for the name of the owner AND the person who handles their insurance needs. Then you can call back to following up at another time.

In general, if there isn't a name listed, go to the next one. There are tons of businesses with listed names of owners.

If you're trying to get into a specific business, put it on a 'name drop' sheet and ask your other clients who they might know at these different companies and secure an introduction.
