Buying Individual Book of Business in WA State

Call me crazy, but Im looking to buy a book of Individual Health Insurance in Washington State.

I have created an automated and extremely streamlined system for getting clients signed up...many agents are frustrated with the WA HealthPlanFinder or want to exit, but not sure how or where to go? The multiple is probably only 1.0X since its a bit volatile, but Im willing to double down.

I've never bought a book of business as Im growing like crazy organically...but Im about to hire another employee and want to have the volume to keep them busy.

1. What is some advise on what to DO & NOT to Do?
