California Agents Question On UCLA Docs that Accept MAPD Plans

Have a client in Santa Monica, CA , recently developed Stage IV bladder cancer on a Kaiser HMO MAPD and now wants to switch out to another advantage plan that has more doctor freedom.

Most of her doctors are affiliated with UCLA, I have been looking through various doc finds so far and can't find many that will accept her docs. Any advice on a MAPD that might have a better network then others in Santa Monica/ LA area?

UnitedHealthcare just sent me a flyer that the Santa Monica Family Physicians will be part of the 2018 network. These doctors are affiliated with UCLA hospital, which also will be in the 2018 plan.
