Will any of these companies ever let an agent back in? Honestly, it seems like a serial rapist/child molester receives much less punishment.

Did you steal money? Get drunk on convention and flip off the boss? CMS violation?

How many carriers terminated your contract? Or were you working through an IMO and they cut you off?

An in-house captive agent wrote apps which were submitted through an external agent for compensation, prior to Mipaa. External Agent cannot be contracted, one carrier only.
I don’t know how many of you remember, but that was not so uncommon in that time period, hence Mipaa rules came into play.
Is there a Statute of Limitations rule like the criminals get? Lol

I think the best you can do is try to appoint with explanation. The other carriers might appoint. Also, contacting the IMO you plan to go through for their assistance.
