Say for example a heavily subsidized Obamacare mb ($16/mo) doesn't want to add Part B because of the $104.90 mo premium. His monthly SS income is $1,436/mo, too high for Medicare savings program in most states.i would think that he has to get in Medicare upon turning 65 AND leave Obamacare. But with Obama encouraging so much government dependency , who knows?

Medicare eligibility = Obamacare ineligibility.

It is actually ILLEGAL to sell a person 65 or over a Marketplace plan. That is the question on the 2015 Marketplace Learning test. I read somewhere else that there are well defined exceptions, but the test doesn't make that reference.

If Rick was in office, an individual on Obamacare trying to get another free socialist program will be sent to Cuba.

My T65 friend called in to HealthNet to ask if his ACA would be cancelled. The rep sent him an MA enroll packet. Good thing that he's my friend. ;)
