Can Someone Provide Employment Advice Please

I have 10 years of Customer Service experience, a Law Clerk diploma, and Accident Benefit/ Personal Injury experience, I have had a very challenging time getting an interview for an Entry Level position. Does anyone have any potential roles or any suggestions that may lead to an interview.

Hard to say when not knowing what you are looking to do. Having someone review your resume would likely be a good start. Someone who actually does hiring or recruiting, not a random friend or sibling.

stop relying companies for a job, and start your own

Why would you recommend someone trying to get an entry level job to start their own business. The guy is obviously trying to start somewhere. You usually want some experience when starting your own business. Terrible advice.

As for the OP there are many captive companies that offer training programs for new agents if you want to work for a corporation or many Indy brokers who can provide experience if you eventually want to own your own business one day. Do some Google research based on the line of business you want to get into.
