Just a heads up. If you are canceling a foresters certificate with a signed letter from the client that states specifically that the certificate should be canceled and cash value sent to the client they will use the cash value to continue to pay the premium until it's all gone and the certificate lapses. You now have to have the client call in and cancel over the phone to get the the proper forms to fill out. Must be getting lots of cancels.

I don't find that at all. Since Foresters had that rate increase in July 2012 I've replaced several of them while only writing one with them.

Probably off topic but, what do you see as the big advantage of the meager cash values of FE? If loaned out or APL'd they many times lapse or rewrite the policy.
