1.) Don't work for a captive unless you're JUST starting out & have a 2 year exit strategy.
2.) If you're worrying about salary, this business isn't for you.
3.) Captive producer's in my area who are mostly salary + commission are probably making around $30,000 on average. Their income will never go up.
4.) Commission only w/ renewals will obviously earn more in the later years.
