Caresource cancelled my client that was set up on autopay??

Any insight on how to handle this? This is a new one for me out of the many many many issues I have had with under 65. They never attempted to charge his account...confirmed with them.

Probably NSF and then they never paid the premium bill?

Client has enough available credit on that card to purchase a new truck. They never even attempted to charge it.

So how hard do you want to chase this down?

Ask for proof they attempted to draft. Get evidence of their mailings for non-payment and late payment. Basically get evidence that they did not follow the appropriate laws and rules for cancelling the policy.

He is coming into medicare so i want to chase this down hard. Appreciate the info. Was asking because i didn't know if someone had a magic wand i could borrow for 5 minutes or have a special phone # haha
