I am looking for feedback on sales contests that you have participated in and that were an effective incentive to write business with your carriers. My specific focus is driving volume within a particular line of business for a period of time with our IA's.
I'd love to hear examples of what was an effective incentive and what metric the winner was awarded on (GWP, submissions, etc.).
