Cash or Accrual Basis?

I'm switching my agency management to AMS360 and need to decide which way to go. Cash obviously easier to manage, but accrual seems to be the more "correct" way of doing things. Or at least that's what my friend who works for the finance department at a big corporation told me. Any recommendations and reasons to go one or the other now?

Ask your accountant which way they prefer. I just finished training on 360 and started entering my accounts, how do you like it so far?

I'm liking AMS360 a lot. I just got underway with training, so not too deep into it but it just feels easier to navigate, less clicks, more intuitive system. I'm happy I made the switch, I think I'll really notice a difference in the months to come after launch. What do you think?
