Maybe I'm not understanding this thread....
I've never helped anyone sign up for Medicare using Medicare.gov - I've always used SSA.gov
Currently: ssa.gov/benefits/medicare/
The last one I did was about a month ago and we didn't need to create an account. (she had no computer, so I helped her enroll in Medicare). We didn't have to create a My Social Security Account.
Are you saying that this is now not an option? Or, are you saying that there used to be an option on Medicare.gov that has now changed.... ... and the SSA.gov option is still OK for us to use, like normal?
