Cheapest/Easiest CE's?

If you want to learn, use Kaplan.

If you just want to pass it fast, use WebCE.

Kaplan did have a nice deal at one time though. $50 got you access to every course in your state, for 12 months. So that allows you to take care of the current 2y requirement, along with the next 2y requirement. All for $50. But those Kaplan tests are no joke.

WebCE here as well.

Every time I need to do CE I always tell myself that I'm going to do something new to learn something.

Then the day before it's due, I just do an annuities course or something I know by going straight to the test like Fisher said lol.

Haha me too .I had good intentions about learning about social security strategies last time but in the end just re learned medicare.BTW did you know part A covers hospitalization ? lol

Actually what i think i did was to sign up for the 40 hour package even though i only need 23 hours then complete the easiest basic courses to get me to 23 hours quota then maybe take the unfamiliar subject matter to me courses for fun... i mean for my quest for more insurance knowledge

A couple of times in the past I've actually picked courses that I felt would broaden my professional horizon and make me more valuable to my clients, e.g. Elder Law and Retirement Income Taxation. Sadly, I was about 25% of the way in and realized that I wasn't reading anything I didn't already know. Skipped straight to the exams and nailed them.

I was bummed I didn't learn anything new.
